Rummy won't gloat. He knows many brave men and women lost their lives in this effort. We can celebrate but I don't expect any of our leadership to do the same. They're very aware of the sacrifices and that the job is not yet finished.

Instead of gloating, he can point to this:

This is the true nature of our nation. God bless our brave military men and women, who have volunteered(!!!) to make good on this pledge.
