...DON's new Home City became the 4th City in California, and the Country, to proclaim Vietnam's Flag of FREEDOM as the Official Flag for its Vietenamese-American Community, as opposed to the Flag of a now Communist Vietnam.
That's now:
1) Westminster, California
2) Garden Grove, California
3) San Jose, California
4) Milpitas, California
who have done so.
***Only the Democrats in the California State Assembly Rules Committee have voted twice not to do the same for all of the over 400,000 Vietnamese-Americans living throughout California***
