Right now, the Arabs living in these so-called "occupied territories" are in the worst possible place for themselves.
Judges issue orders against harrassers -- that the stalker, the harrassers must stay so far away from the target of their jealousies, of their stalking, of their harrassment. They do so to further Liberty -- for a society that allows stalkers to stalk has no Liberty. They do so for Peace.
Sometimes, by removing the a person or people far from object of unlawful desire -- a desire that overwhelms them, enraptures them, enslaves them -- we do liberate them. We do help them become more able to liberate themselves from enslavement to murderous inclination and impulse.
