Having turned their back on Israel in 1967 and 1973 I wouldn't trust most of the Quartet as far as I could throw them. It's easy for an armchair supporter of terrorism like you because you're not the one in danger.

I suspect that W knows full well that the so-called "Palestinians" are incapable of the decency it will take for them to ever arrive at anything even resembling the cogency to forge a "state", but instead will eventually give Israel the necessary justification for purging Islamism from its midst once and for all.
