There aren't a lot a palatable options. Israel can't maintain a state of occupation indefinitely, it can't annex the area, and no one else is willing to either.

The Jordanian Hashemites have been occupying the "palestinian" homeland for 81 years now. The so-called "road map" is yet another reward for Arab atrocities against the Jews. Bush and Blair would be wise to butt out of Israel altogether. Their handling of the Iraq War has been courageous and masterful, but this is folly.

As in '91, we are looking to win the war and lose the peace.

Either you want Israel as a nation removed from the face of the earth or you don't

Israel is a democracy and based on current demographic trends, by the year 2020, Arab citizens will be the majority in Israel. It is in the Israelis' interest to embrace the Bush road map for peace now, imo.

Perhaps because the few thousand nutball terrorists among the Palestinians don't justify a Holocaust or Ethnic Cleansing Campaign against the other several million, as you seem to be advocating.

"But I am sick and tired of you mental transients throwing Bullsh*t out there and no one desputes it"...

I'd like to know the bullsh*t? That a "Palestinian" state right next to Israel will not be best for their national security? That giving into the terrorists demands for a "state" is not a good idea? That Israel should not give up the land that is theirs historically and by virtue of winning a war in which they were attacked by 4 other Arab nations? Which bullsh*t sentence would you like to start with?

Also "mental transients"? Why does every post have to do with how smart and prescient you are, and the rest of us are just morons with IQ's like I don't...Clinton or Gore? What are you 10? Or does that just make you "feel" like your arguement is just that much more valid to belittle the rest of us with childish names?

"It wouldn't surprise me in the least if she turned on a dime out of self-interest and because that's what gentiles generally do."

The bigotry and inaccuracy of this statement is an insult to every "gentile" who fought and/or died battling the Nazis, or to any "gentile" who has an ancestor who did.

If you possess any integrity, a sincere apology is in order.

Whose fault is it that not enough Israeli's are being born? Is Hamas slipping birth control hormones in the Israeli water supply?

To populate is to govern.

Its all well and good to argue that most of the Palestinians are no more long term residents than most of the Jews, which is true. But the reality of the situtation needs to be faced.

I think you do with them what Israel wants done with them.

If Israel is prepared to make a pledge that they will never request or accept another dime of U.S. taxpayer money, then I am prepared to let Israel do to them what Israel wants done with them.

U.S. taxpayers have given Israel over $100 billion dollars over the years. It is time to embrace our Road Map or strike out on their own.

However, I must admit, the recent discussions of "Arab population control" measures in the Israeli Knesset do worry me a bit.

Oh so true, but not in the way you meant it.

The likelihood of the Palestinian Arabs ever finding reality is certainly not something any careful or rational person would count on.

The same could be said about State Department and U.N. Arabists; though perhaps in a slightly lesser degree.

Gog is coming against The Land.

Ezekiel 38
18 "And it will come to pass at the same time, when Gog comes against the land of Israel," says the Lord GOD, "that My fury will show in My face. 19 For in My jealousy and in the fire of My wrath I have spoken: "Surely in that day there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel, 20 so that the fish of the sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all creeping things that creep on the earth, and all men who are on the face of the earth shall shake at My presence. The mountains shall be thrown down, the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.'

Did you even read my post?

Israel is not the only country that receives aid from America. Why is she the only one being constrained in course of action.

Some of that 100 billion dollars (and I will have to check your figures) are loans that Israel has repaid.

U.S. taxpayers have given Israel over $100 billion dollars over the years. It is time to embrace our Road Map or strike out on their own.

No, you did not read my post.

The "road map" does not threaten Israel proper. Indeed it makes it more secure as the "Quartet" would become de facto guarantors of Israel's security. What it does is shoots down the dream of some in Israel (and some here) of expelling three million people from their homes in order to expand "Eretz Israel".

Ironically, their goal is identical to that of the radical Palestinians, with only the names of the people and places changed.

This is incorrect on so many levels. Obliging the fictitious "paelstinians" to honor their word, and either live in peace in Israel as citizens, or remove themselves to their lawful homeland of Jordan, is hardly on an equivalent moral plane as the genocidal activites of the renegade Arabs currently squatting on Israeli land.

If you want to guarantee more and bloodier wars in the Middle East, follow the roadmap and reward terror.

It's long past time the Hashemite occupation of "palestine," which is East of the Jordan River, was ended.

That a "Palestinian" state right next to Israel will not be best for their national security?

A second "palestinian" state achieved by the vivisection of Israel would be national suicide.

The bloody thugs led by Arafat the Egyptian will not be happy untill they get the war for which they're begging. There are another several generations of would-be "martyrs" waiting in the wings, fully steeped in the worst anti-Semitic mind-poisoning of "palestinian" schools. Pieces of paper will not change this; some wars are unavoidable, and it's better if they're fought at the convenince of the civilized.

While you are checking my figures, would you identify a source that confirms any amount repaid. I would appreciate it.

Our payments to Israel are for giving up the Sinai, period. Egypt has gotten an identical amount.

Israel owes us nothing but continued observance of the Camp David accords.
