I once took the challenge to do a 5 mile trot with full loadout of the average Light infantry soldier! I made it but I damn sure did not set any records save for maybe slowest time ever!
This was on a flat track and I was 15 years younger I tell ya true that last mile the damned weapon doubled in weight and size and some clown had to be throwing a cement block in my pack every hundered yards!
