NTV cam panned right further, back across river to show 4-5 bridges in a row (clue to where the camera is ?) and then shifted to traffic circle.

Two NTV cam's ?

They were running some tape (maybe semi-current, maybe from yesterday's assault) that they got from Reuters, that Reuters got from Lebanese TV. Lebanese TV has a camera on the other side of the hotel, that can pan the area of the palace...

Now they've switched back to their own live Bagcam on the east side.

Then Lebonese cam is the one that faces (more or less) opposite where the traffic circle faces.
