Right! Would'nt it be ironic if the Constitution, or rather an interpretation of the Constitution, does us in? i.e. the politically correct approach to speech, assembly, boarders, illegals ect., ect. If the Demos get their way, this country will rapidly descend into third world status. I truly believe that there are some Americans in this country who want this to happen. I just don't understand why.

I just don't understand why.

I can't pretend to have the correct answer as to why but I can make a guess.

It's power and the good life that goes with it. They are no different than Sadamn Hussein. The liberal rats, France Russia and Germany all want to be the ruling party and/or on the winnig side at all costs.

As long as they aren't being terrorised they will make deals with the terrorists. If the terrorists are killing Americans that's fine with them.

I can tell you this. We can be glad we're winning this war because if we were not winning and would need to step up the bombing campaign to include residential and civilians, the three terrorist supporters would side and join in to help bring us down. This includes China at this point.

Note to Aussie harbor police:

The bad guys use inflatable crafts too. Stop screwing around.

I cannot believe the Aussie military would allow a breach of security such as this.

I see it the same way. I couldn't help but think of the USS Cole. The Aussie Navy should not let these people get that close to their ships.

Seeing as how this is Greepeace's modus operandi (are they branching out now...I thought the environment was their primary concern, not safeguarding brutal dictatorships), I really can't blame the French for sinking that Greenpeace Rainbow Warrior.

They hate themselves above all else, but project their self-loathing on the external world. If they would only face what it is they hate about themselves and try to fix it or accept it as part of who they are, they would be SO MUCH happier... but they don't and won't. That, I don't understand either.

"Police played cat and mouse with another inflatable boat of protesters."

Uninflate the inflatables... think of all those wonderful great whites! Unbelievable that they were able to succeed in stopping the sailing out of this ship. Like Oakland today, too crazy for words. HOMELAND SECURITY WHERE ARE YOU???

Modern ships don't carry depth charges any more. But if they aren't willing to shoot the protesters, then a 1 1/2 inch fire hose at solid stream will knock their asses off the ship no problem.

You're right. The Aussies have to make it clear that even approaching military assets without permission can be hazardous to one's health. I would not object to any lethal protective measures since that will discourage any sane person from jumping on and will leave only the terrorists and fruitcakes as legitimate targets.
