If I'm interpreting an earlier report correctly, "Sadam was seen going in the house and no one was seen leaving"; the report must mean between the time he went in and when the bombs hit. Surely it would be pointless to report that no one was seen leaving "after" the bombs hit!

The problem is that the house might have simply been the cover for an entrance to a bunker complex. There might even have simply been a back door on the other side of the building. With Saddam, you never know.
