Speer spent the remainder of his life in solitary confinement in Spandau prison.

Actually, he was sentenced to 20 years and was released in 1966. He died in 1981.

Rudolf Hess spent his remianing years in Spandau and hanged himself at around age 90. He was the only inmate for years there. He was quite the nutball. Speer was more reticent about things, wrote some books etc. Many think today that he pulled one over on the Allies at Nuremberg.
