I'm hopeful, but cautious. If the bunker busters do indeed bust bunkers, how come we don't see thick chunks of concrete laying all around with rebar sticking out? Or, on the other hand, if the bunker buster collapsed the bunker, how come the hole is rather shallow?
All I see is lots of earth blown from the hole piled up against the side of nearby standing buildings. Of course if he was above ground (as some media accounts hint at), he is spread kinda thin.
