This is interesting- in wartime (which this is, in case this guy hasn't noticed), practically EVERY POINT in his little "manifesto" is punishable by Federal Prison time (up to 30 years per offense, in a worst-case scenario).

No-one has to even follow these marching orders- just issuing this thing is a punishable criminal act, outside the protections of the First Amendment. If the FBI doesn't have him in custody by tomorrow, I'm going to start seriously questioning this whole "Homeland Security" thing.

Those organizing the "protests" are subject to potention prosecution under the RICO laws as well. An assistant DA could start browsing around in the books and throw infractions as diverse as interefering with interstate commerce to causing the deliquency of minors at these creeps. They've been holding back way too long.
