With our overwhelming technology and weaponry we are waging what is essentially a predetermined, systematic slaughter So -- basically she (he? it?) is saying: seeing how outgunned they were, the imbeciles should have 1) allowed inspectors unfettered access, or 2) surrendered before the war began.
