though she was NOT stabbed, shot, etc.! Actually I heard on the radio that the military had reversed their statements on that -- i.e., she did have gunshot wounds.

I think it's hype over and over...after 27 years as a corpsman and having two Purple Hearts myself, I find it hard to believe that the military docs couldn't see a GSW! Think about it.
