Like I said before the Smarts can sue Hollywierd if they don't want to the story done. Its up to them. Hollywierd does not control the world or the Smarts. We will see!

Yes they do. Hollywood can make a movie with or without their permission. No suing is going to stop it.

Hollyweird can make a movie about anything it wants, if it is a public news event. They don't need the Smarts' help, but they'd rather have it.
