Ezekiel 25:17

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish, and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and goodwill, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down on thee with great vengence and furious anger, those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers, and you will know my name is The Lord when I lay my vengence upon thee.

The sad thing about that line from Pulp Fiction is it's not Ezekiel 25:17.

The only thing I can think is that it's a piecing together of several passages. The real 17th verse is:

will execute great vengeance upon them with wrathful chastisements. Then they will know that I am the LORD, when I lay my vengeance upon them."

It's all about Moabites and Edomites and Philistines, God is talking about specific tribes he had dealt defeat for His People. I can't find the rest of the so-called verse.

Needless to say, I was quite disappointed when I looked it up, as it would be one of the top 3 Bible verses.
