Think of this country. Suppose our President gave permission for the likes of the Black Panthers or our street gangs to do anything they like on the "infidel" populace?

Those Iraqi civilians know who the Feydayeen are whereas our soldiers can't tell them from the civilians.

I agree. The civilians who have had to endure the terror need time to vent. We have no business standing between them and justice. At some point, troops will have to restore order. However, let the people have their vengeance first - not served cold - but hot, bloody and furious!

Mayor David Dinkins of NYC effectively did that during the Crown Heights Riots a few years back

A future Hillery Clinton administration could conceivably decide to do that at some point in the future. Remember: the "thug class" HAS to be recruited from a group of people who enjoy violence and have no affinity for the middle-class people that they will be called upon to "keep in line"
