Tire strips would be an option but then we'd catch flack if a vehicle crashed because it lost it tires - no win. Then there would be the problem with getting the passengers out using caution that some might be suicide bombers or such. The people have been told to stop. The Marines gave warning shots but the vehicles sped up. It's a shame, especially that children were killed, but this is war. The blood is on Saddam, France, Germany, Blix, and the UN.
