Mrs. Clinton's action (or inaction) makes sense and is not a surprise. What is Simon and Schuster doing here, potentially embarassing Mrs. Clinton?

Are they off the reservation? Have the Clintonistas reached the tipping point? Are they tired of being in a quagmire? Are the American people providing unexpected resistance?

Or is this just a publicity stunt by S&S?
