Are the CNN anchors weeping yet?

The only time CNN decides to be "objective" is when the USA is involved in a war.

F--- CNN where they breathe.

I don't want "objectivity" when my country's in a fight.

FOX ROCKS!

CNN is NOT on an adrenalin high. However, FoxNEWs is flying high and about ready to open champagne bottles. :-)

And, considering that it's Saddam Hussein we're talking about, that goes to show just how extreme you have to be in order for CNN to consider you the moral equivalent of Bush. If this were, say, Assad of Syria, they'd have no problem painting him as morally superior to Bush. This, from people whose idea of morality is giving their wives a 2-day warning before they have a swingers' party.

You aren't kidding. CNN/Al Jazeera... what's the difference?

I mentioned this a few days ago here... I've been visiting my mother in the hospital (she's recovering from knee-replacement surgery). For news channels, the hospital only carries CNN.

From what I've seen, CNN's coverage is nothing but long faces, Gloom and Doom, constant US/Coalition casualty counts, endless images of suffering Iraqi women and children in horrendous hospitals, NO video of Iraqi villagers jumping for joy and hugging our US/UK troops when they arrive in their town (as we saw tonight on FOX News). Judy Woodruff, Whiny Aaron Brown, Jeff Greenfield snidely smirking while questioning the Administration's policies... wondering where the WMDs are... Their coverage is dull and despicable and the tone is downright funereal.

FOX does rock!

I urge any FReeper who doesn't have FOX News... beg, borrow, steal, move, badger your cable company to include FNC on your channel lineup, upgrade your cable or satellite subscriptions... do whatever it takes to have 24/7 FNC.

I called and e-mailed my cable company - Cox Communications - relentlessly until they finally added FNC. My main threat was I would switch to satellite.
