Where does Baghdad Bob stand on the Iraqi Line of Succession List?

The good news is coming so fast noone dcan catch up. First, I am fond of Bagdad Bob, think we could get him to come over to our side,,he has a whimsical crazy quality that just amuses me, we could keep him around to declare the war is a myth and help liven us all up. Second, if we got Saddam and his sons what will the opposition say??? We have WMD, The Hussein dysfunctional family, the country ,,all we need to top it off is osama on a pole!! I am truly shocked and awed.
