This just in: Today in a quick, though not unexpected move, the DNC flew expert legal counsel, David Boies, into Baghdad to verify American claims that they had indeed entered Baghdad. After touring several destroyed palaces and former Iraqi strongholds, Mr. Boies acknowledged, that to the casual observer, the destruction would appear to have been caused by American military forces. However, Mr. Boies believed that much of the destruction must be disqualified. He confidently produced pictures, for the international press in attendance, of partially damaged pottery in one of the palaces which had allegedly been targeted by American forces. Needless to say, those present were in shock and (yep) awe. There, for the entire world to see, were...hanging shards. The brilliant Mr. Boies is even now preparing his brief and believes that the Iraqi courts will look favorably on his findings. More developments as they occur...
