Well, I took a short nap, and awoke to Neil Cavuto interviewing some guy named Ullman who was pushing for France and Germany and the UN to be involved in the reconstruction of Iraq! Grrr. He was going on and on about how this would require delicate diplomacy and we must be magnanimous in defeat. (Since we have yet to defeat the current French and German governments, I personally don't think it is necessary.)

However, I was then quite cheered by Jim Angle, reporting from Belfast, who says that this is NOT going to happen. President Bush has very strong feelings on this!

Good to hear..and I love Jim Angle, by the way.

Was this Harlan Ullman, Mr. Shock and Awe?

I am glad to hear the President is standing firm. What the heck is "delicate diplomacy" anyway? That sounds like people afraid to have the liberated Iraqis let them know what they think of their support of Saddam.
