If Saddam is dead, then what happens to the sleeper cells here in the States? Do they activate upon his death? Do they figure it's not worth it and call it quits?

I have a hard time with the fact that there are so many leakers about this when 1) it hasn't been confirmed--even though there seems to be an astoundingly high probability and 2) Why release this if there is a danger of activating terrorist cells here?
