, I think it was the Iraq ambassador, whining about unfair it was that we had such an advanced military and that the Iraqi army was no match for us, that there was no need for us to send in as much forces as we did, we should have made it a fairer match?????Guess he is familiar with the concept of Affirmative Action:)

. . . we had such an advanced military and that the Iraqi army was no match for us, that there was no need for us to send in as much forces as we did . . . The commander of the unit that is hosting Greg Kelley (FoxNews) pointed out that in most confrontations, the number of Iraqi fighters was greater or equal to the number of coalition fighters. That is, the match was not as lopsided as one might think. He went on to say that teh difference is training. Ouyr troops know how to defend each other and themselves, they have good tactical sense, etc. The Iraqis do not. That is part of why they lose. Granted, our equipment is superior too, but the match-up has not been as lopsided as the outcome would lead one to believe.

Was anybody at all reminded of the decor seen in Michael Jackson;s house when they saw Saddam's?? I definately think they go to the same decoratorI was thinking of MTV's "Cribs," with everything leased and just WAAAAY too much of *everything." I was waiting for them to haul out one of those 24 passenger limos with a hot tub in the back.

Praying as you requested in 3816.
Reporters were going to go to the war fronts whether they would have been embedded or not. Please don't take up a burden on that account.

Or Missy Elliot's Ferrari bed with all her sneakers in the trunk?OMG! How true!
Maria Carey's closet comes to mind, too, except Saddam would be modeling various uniforms while Sinatra played in the background.

I know that the DU folks will claim that we planted any WMD that are found, but I hope no serious news agency will make that claim.
***
Any news agency who makes that claim will be defining itself as non-serious. Let's just watch and keep notes!

I absolutely love this quote from a story on Fox's web site:
"This used to be a nice place, they should make it like a Six Flags, or something," said Spc. Robert Blake, 20, of State College, Pa., and the 3rd Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment.
