We had two threads (actually duplicate articles) on this before it happened. I actually sent copies of the articles to Hannity & O'Reilly, but apparently they weren't interested and it fell through the cracks, as a result of the war coverage.

U.S. Constitution - Fourteenth Amendment - Section One

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

To the F.E.C., Socialists are obviously more equal than the rest of us.

Personally, I think most of the restrictions placed on political activity by the Congress and the F.E.C. are unconstitutional.
