Have you stopped to think maybe this is WHY we haven't had any more terrorist activity in US?

I couldn't care less.

The fact that these people are held without trial for almost a year and a half, in limbo, is a gross violation of their civil rights recognized under our Constitution -- I don't see anywhere that says only citizens are entitled to a speedy trial.

If there's enough evidence to indict, by all means do so. If not, either let them go or deport them. But enough with this indefinate incarceration crap.
