Would not doubt it. I remember Russia freaking out without due cause days ago about their embassy-where Saddam probably has a secret bunker under.

That is exactly what I thought when I heard about this.

Perhaps they could get a double to pose on TV, ran by the coalition, he would say that he is surrendering and that all his forces lay down their arms. That may be one way to smoke out the real one.
