Why don't the archbishops excommunicate these politicians, like Teddy and Gray, who are pro choice? I don't get it. What's the point of having "excommunication" if your not going to use it the worst cases, which these certainly are?

What's the point of having "excommunication" if your not going to use it the worst cases, which these certainly are? You might also ask where the church was during the Holocaust in Europe.
