The real face of the anti-war movement
myself

The following images are of an anti-war protest that took place in Greece on March 30th. I was in Greece as part of my duties in the USMC on a re-supply mission to our fellow Marines in country. I felt at the time that this was an important and powerful statement of where this anti-war movement has its roots. You will not see these images in the national media precisely because of the damage images like this would cause our fellow 1st amendment advocates. The protesters began at an assembly point just across the street from our hotel. As you can see from the pictures, the hard line communist party organized this whole event. I strongly suspect that this isnt the only protest in the world set up by this morally bankrupt group. There is just too much time and money going into these anti-war protests to be spontaneous.

These posters were up on every street corner in the city. What you cant see clearly from it the pictures is the USA written on the missile.

The commie propaganda went beyond just gaudy banners and posters as these miscreants used spray paint to get their messages across.

Right across the street was this familiar phrase. I guess they all get their talking points from the same place!

Later in the afternoon as the crew was relaxing on the waterfront, we had the misfortune of meeting these champions of the working class up close and personal. As they marched by, we all got the evil eye from some. They were chanting mostly in Greek, however we could understand the phrase Yankee go home, after which they would toss paper fliers up into the air littering the picturesque waterfront. I guess these commies dont care about the environment as much as their comrades in the states. The whole event was a cliché.

This last picture tells it all.

I think there is no doubt that the protesters around the world are highly organized and who is at the center of it all. Its too bad there are so many useful idiots willing to follow. I just hope some of them wake up before its too late.

I just love it when I hear the protesters (here) saying they are doing their patriotic duty--patriotic my foot. Can you say Marxist revolutionaries? Yet I find it great that they only seem to be pissing people off and not gaining converts.

What do you mean "Tin Foil Hat"? Anyone with even the slightest knowledge of modern Greek history knows that commies are running the Greek government. Hell, even "60 Minutes" had a story on their terrorism last year.

O'Reilly's show (the Factor) had a segment a couple of days ago, featuring a writer for the Washington Times (?) who had investigated the source of funds, totaling millions of $, for these anti-war protests. I can't remember the names of all the groups, but they included Ted Turner's charitable foundation, several left wing groups in the SF area (Global Exchange and others), plus a host of others. The Factor promised to continue to investigate the issue. There may be some info on O'Reilly's section on the Fox website.

There never has been a shortage of useful idiots.

You're absolutely right. In Britain, the Anti War movement is run by the Trotskyite Socialist Workers Party. It's the same story everywhere - the far Left believes it can latch onto this "cause" in order to expand its numbers.

That was a 'tongue-in-cheek' response. I was parroting the comments I get from the "CLOSET LEFTISTS" on this board when I point out another of their back-door attempts at destroying FREEDOM.

Thanks for these great pics - and communist perspectives.
We fool ourselves somewhat IMHO to believe these roots somehow are rooted back in the "old" Soviet Union.
Thoughts?

Actually, from what I have been reading, these are not Marxist revolutionaries, but Stalinist.

1. Thank you for your service to our country.
2. Thank you for showing the proof up close and personal that most of us here have known. But a picture is worth a thousand words when dealing with the leftists that dominate the world's pressbots.
3. While the Cold War WAS WON against the former USSR (the USSR DID break up, bringing freedom to millions formerly dominated by the brutal Communist thug regime) - COMMUNISM did not disappear. Your pictures of the protest backers makes that clear.
None of this should be a surprise. What one wishes people in this country would do is use the correct terms to describe the protestors and their number one sponsors in the US Government - the Demarxocratic party.

I don't think the roots are to the "old" Soviet Union. I don't think that at all. I do believe that hard line Marxism is alive and well in the world. I believe that they try to hide themselves and appear as "mainstream". I believe that these pictures belay that in a way that is very apparent. This is just a peek under the leftist veil.

Thanks for the pictures !
My oldest brother - a staunch " Progressive " , who now sleeps eternally in the arms of Marx , would have been enraged that anyone would have the temerity to actually document Communist/Marxist involvement in the worldwide rioting.

Just look at the ANSWER web site, the whole movement here in the US is known by all (infrequently even denied) as run by communist worker's party.
