Deport the illegals in our prisons already convicted of state criminal statute violations.

The INS needs to be restructured to immediately criminally prosecute all who violate our borders, and march them back to Mexico. In the alternative, Mexico sends us oil to pay for the expense of maintaining the prisons we need to house the low life ignorant hordes they ship over our border.

I would certainly hope that these felony criminals would never be given any kind of "amnesty", I hope Bush meant it when he said "if they committed no other crimes" and have been responsible other wise ---of course that rules out the majority of illegals. I'd be glad if we just started barring welfare to immigrants and get rid of these committing document theft ---permanently bar them from obtaining legal residency and/or citizenship. Many of these crooks steal several cards to collect welfare using different names and also hold down a job an American would do.
