The San Francisco Police Department won a bruising technical knockout Friday when Judge Kay Tsenin -- with hardly a blink of the eye -- tossed out all the conspiracy-to-obstruct-justice counts against the remaining brass indicted in connection with Fajitagate.
That leaves District Attorney Terence Hallinan pretty much right where he started -- with felony assault-and-battery charges against three off-duty cops accused of beating up two guys outside a Union Street bar (supposedly for their bag of fajitas).
