This is getting so ludicrous: the BBC says we aren't there because they "haven't seen us," but Osama and Saddam are there. Course, the BBC hasn't "seen" either of them.

Well since "Beret Boy" said we were 100 miles outside Baghdad on one day, and then said we were at the airport the next day, if the BBC still give any credence to his statements, then they're the fools.

Don't know about that, but it does appear that the Iraqi soldiers "take off every zig" before abandoning their posts dressed as civilians.

I also thought we had to change our battle plans according to Baghdad Pete?? Yep, proves he was right doesn't it ? Right after he said we needed to change our operational pause began. THe generals obviously took his advise.

Looks like the 'zig' never took off from the mother of all threatened attacks last night...

Methinks the fat lady is about to appear on Iraqi TV ...dressed in a coalition uniform.

Baghdad Bob is da bomb. Don't you mess with the 411 dawg who speaks to da power. We ain't even in Kuwait yet. It's all just a big sound stage in area 51. Washington D.C. is getting renamed Saddamville tomorrow.
To: VRWC_minion
We all misunderstood.
It wasn't a "pause" and it isn't a "quagmire."
It is a "pause in the quagmire," so that we are moving like a bat out of h*ll.
However, there is no word yet on when the "quagmire" will resume.

This is good news. I wonder what this has to do with (if at all) Russia sending their Navy ands subs to arrive in the Arabian sea by the end of April.

I say: let's not assume that the BBC is there. 'Cause let's face it, they're not ALL there.

BBC has had a long history of lying and not telling the truth:
600 YEARS OF BBC ANTI-BRITISH BIAS REVEALED-- Special Iconoclast Report from WILLIAM GRIM
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/880207/posts 600 YEARS OF BBC ANTI-BRITISH BIAS REVEALED
by William Grim
(London) -- Using documents obtained through an Official Secrets Act waiver granted by the British High Court, this reporter has uncovered evidence of a shocking pattern of anti-British bias that has existed at the British Broadcasting Service (BBC) for the past six centuries. Direct from secret government archives, we present excerpts taken verbatim from transcripts of BBC war reportage since the Late Medieval Period:
Battle of Agincourt (1415) -- "This is London calling. Stung by the deaths of 14 British soldiers, while only inflicting 15,000 deaths on the elite French fusiliers, the armed forces of England, led by the inexperienced King Henry V, have suffered a serious setback in the Hundred Years War. The French soldiers have proven to be much more resilient in battle than King Henry's top military advisor, Sir John Falstaff, originally thought. The British public is becoming increasingly impatient with the slow pace of the Hundred Years War, which now seems destined to last well into its 101st year."
Battle of the Spanish Armada (1588) -- "This is London calling. Britain's Navy was caught unprepared when the elite Spanish Armada attacked the coast of England and only lost 497 Spanish ships while causing considerable damage to two British cod-fishing boats and three dinghies. Sir Francis Drake, Commander-in-Chief of the British Navy, is currently under investigation for continuing with his game of tennis when he was informed of the Armada's attack. Military analysts say that Britain's astounding naval defeat is sure to guarantee Spanish domination of the New World for the next 500 years. Public opinion polls show a growing number of British citizens desiring Queen Elizabeth to resign."
D-Day (June 6, 1944) -- "This is London calling. American, British and Canadian forces staged a large amphibious landing today on the coast of Normandy only to sustain heavy casualties inflicted by the elite SS forces of Germany. It now looks like the long-anticipated invasion of Fortress Europa will take longer than a week to conclude and the outcome is anyone's guess. General Patton's 3rd Army is only making 20 miles a day progress into enemy territory and is encountering fierce resistance from the elite Hitler Youth Corps. German government officials have protested to the Red Cross and the League of Nations that the Allied bombing campaign is harming civilians and is making it difficult to evacuate Jews to safer locations, like Dachau and Auschwitz"................
