And have another Milosevich debacle? No thanks. Either we have a military tribunal for him, or we hand him over to a new Iraqi republican govn't. An international court would be a farce.

I vote for the Iraqi people to take care of Saddam .. after 25+ years .. the Iraqi people will give him the justice that he deserves

You are right. 2 years later, they'd still be arguing about where each nation's prosecutor should sit, and Saddam would have morphed into some kind of Arab Mandela, and the leftists would be calling for his return as the "rightful ruler (at least HE was elected!)" of Iraq.

Sweat him for a week, then give him to the new government to be hanged or beheaded on live TV.
