I would love forever if you'd freepmail me the recipe!You got it! The trick will be to get good green chiles. Hot ones. Last summer there were actually some fresh chile's in the Shaw's supermarket here. Roasted them in the oven. Probably cost ten times what chile's by the 30# bag do in NM. But worth it!

You have FReep-mail. One thing I forgot. If you have to use the steenking canned chiles, with no heat, you can add canned jalapenos as I did tonight. I don't like the taste of jalapenos, eets not chile taste. Jalapeno poppers with cream cheese is cool though.
