It seems to be tilted up a little. It probably got knocked around with that big explosion near the hotel.

I've got the CBS bagcam up also and it certainly looks like a storm is brewing. Maybe we're messing with the weather just to bug the disinformation officer. His next press conference will say "Ignore the reports of rain and thunder, I tell you it is all lies". Of course, he'll be outside under an umbrella while making this statement.
