Well, I was over slumming at the Washington Post and they have a pretty good write-up of what Baghdad was like "the morning after". Intriguing, though, was THIS paragraph:
As fighting raged on the city's outskirts, the government managed to organize a noisy parade of police cars careening through downtown, their sirens blaring. They fired rifles in the air as they passed the Palestine Hotel, where most journalists are staying. But the streets they drove were deserted. [LINK FOR ARTICLE]
LOL! The Poleeeeze Parade made the front page of the WashPost!
And the Situation Room was there!

It is interesting to know that most of the streets are deserted.

Reminds me of that Far Side cartoon of the dog hanging out the car window proudly announcing to everybody he passed that he was going to get 'tutored'!!!!!
