Yes. In my opinion, we have. While it isn't 100%, that latest indoor Saddam talking about the chopper seems to be the real thing. Unless he made a tape specifically mentioning a farmer shooting down an Apache(?) chopper in the south before the first night, he's still alive.

The outdoor Saddam was the right guy, but there was no way to date it.

I saw an example of one of the fake Saddams today on TV. He didn't have the moles or birthmarks. If that's an example of the fake Saddams, the one we have been seeing is the real thing.

I heavily discount the chopper story. As far as I can tell he did not mention the date. When the original story of the farmer shooting down the chopper was floated the US side thought it was silly and odd. I think now we know why they floated the story of the farmer, they already had Saddam in the can saying that.

If I am wrong and he mentioned the actual date of that shootdown, I would agree we have evidence. The rest is non evidence to me. It show nothing one way or another.
