foxnews.com has a breaking news headline saying that heavy artillery is shaking the area near the airport. Now is that our incoming, or their outgoing?

Could be the Rasheed Airport. The BagCam faces SouthEast towards the Rasheed. (The Palistine Hotel is near the first bend of the river from north to south, east side.
