Hope, it seems like he starts singing after each explosion. It's their new and improve version of the air raid alarm.

I think they are using the call to prayer instead of the air-raid sirens.Some one broke it.

Their call to prayer has a dual use now (ya know, Iraq is really well versed in those dual uses). No more air raid sirens so they use the call to prayer. LOL

FN just reported major explosions SW of the airport so that is probably what prompted the serenade.
