* Makeshift morgue found that has hundreds of bodies and body parts (reports say appears to be Iraqis from awhile before this war ever started)

* Soldiers digging up area around elementary school based on info telling them WMD were buried there right before inspections started back up

* Dr. released new info today that Jessica was in fact shot, contradicting their earlier statement that she wasn't

* 9 bodies removed from hospital have been identified - 8 of them were from Jessica's unit, 1 from diff unit (don't remember which one it was)

* Coalition does control the airport, nevermind that Baghdad Bob says he has retaken the airport and will take the pressers there to see it when he has it more secured

POWs: Patrick Miller, Joseph Hudson, Edgar Hernandez, James Riley, and Shoshana Johnson from the 507th; David Williams and Ronald Young from the Apache helicopter.

They're still holding five more POW's from the 507th Maintenance Company. They were not found with Pfc. Lynch and they were not found among the bodies buried in the shallow grave near the hospital.

Thank you so much, it was torture listening to the BBC last night, but it's the only station (with regular war reporting) that my little battery operated radio could get.
Their Baghdad reporter kept saying that the US has a habit of overestimating their postion. This was said over and over and over. Finally they had on air argument with another reporter who said that the US doesn't say anything about where they are or what they are doing, total media blackout.

To add to Green's post (thanks Green, I hadn't heard about the elementary school):

MSNBC has this footage they've been showing about a HUGE armory that's been found SW (Ithink) of Baghdad. They are astounded at the amount of munition there.

The most compelling part of this story though, was discovering munitions that have had plugs put into the ends of them, supposedly for refilling them with things other than the standard explosive usually applied

AND a cannister that had Russian markings and THREE plugs in the end along with a hose nozzle attachment. David Kay, prior UN inspector says although he hasn't seen anything quite like it before, its' obviously for instilling binary components and the nozzle for spray distribution of such agents.
