cbs bagcam... presser was to have been in hangar, but light not good enough so it's being held on the tarmac.
the seal on the podium is that of the governor of West Virginia.
the journalists are now being given background of the family members, names, spelling, etc. excellent pic.
apparently this is a send-off party for the family on their way to germany. journalists told the plane will be landing soon.
