that work where I work have had their pay extended to them while on duty.
This policy varies company-to-company.

I've heard on the radio here that there are lots of companies that are either extending their employees pay while being called up or at the very least, making up the diff between the military pay and their normal salary at the company. This particular radio station morning show talk host is actually keeping a running list on his web site of companies that are doing this for the soldiers called up.
