Most of the Bag-cams have a circus right in the middle of the frame. Alot of the cars seemed to be just going in a circle.

There was a procession of many siren-squealing cars running around Baghdad following each other like characters in like a bad Japanese RPG.

Several times packs of 5-10 white cars with sirens have driven slowly past the CBS webcam, blocking traffic in the traffic circle. Reuters had video of these caravans stopping and lots of Iraqis with AKs pointed at the air getting out and milling around.
These guys make lots of noise but have no purpose besides demonstrating "defiance" for the TV cameras.
