Uh, stupid UN people- the only way it's going to get anywhere is if our side clears the way... so quit shaking your finger at us in an effort to appear "unbiased." There is a point where impartiality just looks stupid- and when the comparison is between the US and some evil and bloodthirsty socialist "progressive" regime like Hussein's- impartiality is not just stupid but despicable.
Also... While there is great merit in not targetting civilians, only an idiotic organization would consider civilians "neutral."
