I believe that most of the cams are on the ministry of information (I think one was destroyed in the cruise missile attack a few days ago). Others seem to be over on the Palestine Hotel roof.

I think this may be Tahnir Square. Those revelers zipped to a street to the right, then were quickly back in the rotary. There's also a mosque on the southeast quad of that square.
