Inside politics

The cold war

Billed as the conservative alternative to left-wing Ben & Jerry's, Star Spangled Ice Cream has introduced some timely new gourmet flavors: "I Hate the French Vanilla," "Iraqi Road," "Smaller Governmint," and "Nutty Environmentalist." They join other relevant flavors, such as "Cowardly German Chocolate" and "Irrelevant Belgian Chocolate."

Information is available at www.starspangledicecream.com.

Star Spangled Ice Cream is a "Johnny come lately".
Blue Bell has been around for decades.

Blue Bell sure looks mighty purty, but they don't sell it in Pennsylvania. Come to think of it, I've never seen the Star Spangled stuff here either. We go for Breyers and Turkey Hill.

Just don't buy that left-wing, liberal, communist Ben&Jerry garbage.

Boycott Ben&Jerry

It was served at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue when Gorbechov was visiting.

I know Blue Bell has a strong following down here, but as far as I'm concerned it is too sweet and not flavorful enough.

Might be because Blue Bell just doesn't want to bother with your Dept. of Agriculture. Check many of the bread and dairy products that you buy and I believe that you well see a statement "Registered with the PA Dept. of Agriculture". They arbitrarily set "standards" to protect PA companies.

Many years ago I worked for an ice cream company in Maryland. We sold a lot of product in PA, until the Dept. of Ag. started to set limits on the butter-fat content. That's what makes ice cream products taste so good.

Did they set a limit that we had to meet? No. They set a maximum limit that was well below what we were willing to sell. They did not want us to sell a superior product in PA, one that would show up the producers in PA.

Ben & Jerry's ice cream was found to contain dangerously high dioxin levels by their very own standards! (Ben & Jerry's states, "The only safe level of dioxin exposure is no exposure at all.")! But if you eat Ben & Jerry's ice cream -- you're exposed.

Best leave the stuff to the lyin' left libs -- they know how to see through their own lies...

Ben & Jerry's (so called) ice-cream has clubbed baby seals as a major ingredient.

1% Flavoring.

20% Hog fat.

79% Clubbed Baby Seal.

Our gaurantee: : "If it starts moving in your freezer, we will club it to death again!"
