My mother died two years ago. She was Canadian by birth, American by choice. I'm glad that she didn't have to witness the betrayal we saw from Quebec and Ottowa.

Thanks, Ron; I saw this on FoxNews. I hope for an epiphany for the good Canadians who love freedom as we do.

Heard on RCI (aka CBC International) tonight that US military flights to Europe are now stopping in Bangor, ME to refuel,
instead of St. John, NF, Goose Bay(?), and one other Canadian airport/airbase as they used to do...

I would not know about that.
I do know a French specialty electronics company lost a $125,000.00 sale this week, and their manufacturer's rep was told the 2 mil a year business they did with one single vendor is history.
I know salesmen who will not specify or sell a French product anymore.
Just when I was happily getting used to the term "dixie chicked", it is changing into "frenched".
In the grand scheme of things, I think the term "frenched" will prevail as the kiss of death in a business transaction.

Where's Don Cherry?!?Speaking of Don Cherry, after strongly supporting the US, he was told to cool it, by our governments propaganda machine CBC, so much for free speech.

Kudos to our Canadian friends who express their solidarity.

Still have two US flags in our window, very visible from the street, they will stay there to the war is over, our son-inlaw brought us a sticker with US flag, the statue of liberty and "Lets Roll," it's in our car

It's good to hear that the extremely liberal media in Canada has not affected much of the same anti-war sentiments experienced here and in other areas.

Thanks to all the Freepers who posted pics for this thread. Good going!

Pro-American rallies have taken place across Canada, including more than 500 people who turned out in freezing rain Friday in Toronto, carrying posters that said "Canada Loves America," and "Freedom Isn't Free." See how they scew the numbers, there were over 2.000 in Toronto, and 8.000 to 10.000 in Ottawa, somebody did a grid count.
On the other hand, if it's ANTI's they overstate by thousands.
