Yes, as long as they don't break the law of the land.

Mainstream Mormons don’t practice polygamy anymore, many Jehovah’s Witnesses went the prison during the draft because some judges did not approve their conscientious objector status, Christian Scientist children are forced to receive medical attention even when their Christian Scientist parents disapprove of medical treatment.

As you can see, freedom of religion is not an absolute.
