They're discussing that stuff now on MSNBC...... the atrophine and powder....... but in one facility they found vials or bottles of liquid as well - and that's what is being tested now.

You also need this stuff if your own (Iraqi) forces go chemical as the stuff has the nasty habit of blowing back over your own forces.
